responsibility to assist the client Business Teams with the creation of
requirements documentation. I was tasked with the maintenance of
documentation, and management of over 400 requirements that continued to
change over the 4 months of this project. These Agile development system
requirements were the definition for a new high profile website. The
management of these requirements consumed over 90 percent of the time I spent

strict adherence to the client's policies. Diagnostic

(10/2007 - 7/11/08) Sr.
Programmer Analyst Quality Assurance (Full-time position, Fishers, IN) This
position involved development and execution of tests for the SallieMae.com
web application. Working with software developers, business analysts, Oracle
data base administrators, and other members of the QA team, I successfully
became a functional member of this team quickly. I wrote, executed, and
updated test plans, added clarity to requirements, developed and executed
test scenarios, supported UAT testing, recorded defects, tracked defect
resolutions and retested. I assessed overall quality of projects assigned to
me. The Sallie Mae application is a very large and complex system using
Visual Basic for window development with Oracle DB and COBOL mainframe
support engines. I was required to not only test the Web application
"OpenNet" but also examine the mainframe applications to assure
proper functionality of the system. I worked with Mercury Quality Center on
this assignment as a repository and test record tool. Wolters
Kluwer (11/2006 - 10/2007) Quality

Data Systems (EDS) (7/1985 - 9/2004) (Full-time position, Indianapolis, IN) Information
Analyst - I supported, developed and tested mainframe and client/server
software applications for manufacturing customers. The definition of an
Information Analyst was to act in all roles that today are generally broken
out into several separate positions (e.g. project management, business
analyst, programmer, technical and data base design engineer, quality
assurance testing, user acceptance testing, customer support contact, and
implementation specialist). This position gave me a great deal
of training and experience to see projects from all perspectives during the
development cycle.
Projects followed formal SEI/CMM standards set by the corporation for all
change and new client development work. Change management was managed and
controlled extensively by these processes. In summary, the skills used in
this role included project management, requirements preparation, design
specifications, code development, documentation, full SDLC processes, all
phases of testing, implementation, and management of on-time delivery. A
